In many Spanish speaking countries one shakes hands, even with a person one dislikes or even hates.

One does not feel like a hypocrite when doing this.

It is impossible to imagine feeling correct, by refusing to shake an offered hand.

O is not Latin American and a handshake or any action from him signifies the mood and policy of our country. He should not be shaking the hands of petty tyrants that support Iran, Hezbollah, and FARC and the drug cartels. It is inexcusable.
