Well, since these were the programs used since the 1990’s by the CRU, and it wasn’t until 2006, when Harris took over the job of maintaining these programs, and from 2006-2009 Harris was finding errors and problems, than I expect that any data produced before 2006 could be suspect.

Are they generating data or interpreting it? Because the interpreting code can be fixed and all’s well.
