If you were the prosecutor you WOULD know who your counterparts were. Routinely.
That isn’t what this is about. This is about stigmatizing lawyers who (usually pro bono) defended intensely unpopular defendants. “Defended”, past tense. This is about making short-term political hay out of a lawyer upholding some of the finest traditions of our legal system.
Grassley is beneath contempt, as is anyone who sympathizes with or defends his conduct.
