I have to wonder about the legal aspects of providing the governor with advance notice of a decision. Does anyone know? It would seem to me that if the grand jury can delay an announcement at all, it would only be for a very short time.
I’m really beginning to think the announcement may come at any moment.
To this point, lets say Gov Nixon has no indication which way the jury would decide, would he still take this action as a precautionary measure?
