There used to be many that did. Poppy Bush was nicknamed “Rubbers” for his support of readily available contraception and support for abortion rights. He would be considered a flaming liberal today.

As I recall, HW dodged the direct question when he was POTUS but Barbara was quite open about her pro-choice stance.
