So last week, I ordered a Ring security camera and a solar panel to keep it charged (rather than plugging it in). The camera arrived, but the mounting kit and solar panel did not. After the deadline had passed, the Amazon representative said it was “lost in transit” and helped me organize a new delivery. The mounting kit arrived today, and I think I see the problem with the previous order: The Amazon delivery woman rocked up in a Hertz rental van. I suspect that their Amazon van may have been in an unfortunate accident.
