This morning was going swimmingly, with not a care in the world, enjoying a breakfast of eggs over easy with wheat toast, and then I read this sentence in Isaac Asimov’s autobiography:

Damn you, Doctor Asimov, damn you to hell!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of meeting him and having a too long sorta conversation with him at a convention. I say unfortunate because as a result of it I lost any and all respect for him and thus got very turned off from anything that bore his name. He was a patronizing, condescending, misogynist ass who spent the entire encounter staring at my tits. I couldn’t escape quickly enough.
