I’m sorry, most of my knowledge on this comes from my wife’s recent OB/GYN rotation, and there are more current articles showing this, I’m just not finding them quickly— and there are also no articles, no studies, that have found sperm in ‘pre-cum’ except in men who have actual physical structural differences, which can explain it— and which underscores that this is non-standard.

In addition, as I’ve said, where pre-cum comes from (ba-dump) isn’t the same pathway, and it’s not triggered by the same hormones, so there’s no reason to assume it would be present. While it’s completely true that woman have become prengant from guys pulling out, it is most logical to assume that guy had come earlier and not uritanted and so still had spermatazoa from that.
