Here is a Memorial Day thought experiment:
You are the trusted Commander in Chief of your citizens’ forces. At the press of a button you can kill 100,000 of your country’s enemies, thus saving one of your subordinate’s lives. Is it moral?
If it saves 100 of your subordinates?
If it saves 10,000?
100,000 of your citizens?
More?
Where does the morality set in?
And this is why I don’t actually want to be dictator. Or Commander in Chief.
