Chuck’s response to the Gawker anti-SLAPP filing and motion to dismiss is due in the next forty minutes. He’s already had two extensions to the deadline.

Prediction: He’ll miss this one two, since he’s got nothing. That way the suit will be dismissed and he’ll be free to whine about how unfair the judge was.
