It’s shit like this that is why I find myself posting less and less. The militant mindset, the authoritarianism inherent in the “but if they’d just do it my way it would all be fine so clearly everyone else is being idiots” attitude, the lack of tolerance, the desperate need to drag everyone down to the same miserable level and heaven forbid anyone try to nurture hope or optimism of any sort.

There are parts of the community here that I desperately love but I find myself asking more and more if there’s enough here to hold me when other parts are becoming a burden on my health. And that sucks.
