To be honest, the only reason we have one is that the Mate uses it for her various ice teas. I’ll use for coffee when we run out of cold brew because I was to lazy to start a new batch before we ran out. She just smirks and does one of her custom instant mixes.

Mrs. Fish uses ours mostly for hot water to make her coffee or tea because it’s faster than heating water on the stove. We haven’t bought a pack of K-cups in years.
