No we need to split California into two or three Democratic majority states so Californians aren’t so pathetically underrepresented in the US Senate. And give D.C. and Puerto Rico statehood.

Good luck getting three democratic states out of CA. Why do you think they want this? Two of the three would wind up being GOP since a good majority of CA is rural.

This is a bad idea no matter how you slice it.
