A different perspective

Folks, I have some problems with this turd of a bill. It is bad. It will not do much.

That said, I am somewhat relieved it passed in the same way I felt some relief when the bailout turd came out.

We are in a deep recession, throwing 600k/mo. into unemployment. The bank bailout, bad as it was, prevented the banking system from completely imploding. It saved 10 million people from losing their homes jobs and worse.

As the folks in opposition, it is vital to let the dems hang themselves. This recession may last to 2012 even longer. The Golden Child may be a one term wonder with kind of leadership he has so far exhibited. While I would have preferred deep tax cuts and credits for job creation by private enterprise and liberalized rules on smaller sized companies going public (nothing stimulates the economy and pays taxe revenues like and IPO), but right now, the challenges are stemming the bleeding, getting banks bank on their feet and restoring investor and consumer confidence. Anyone not worried by current circumstances should be.

I talk to very smart people who handle bank workouts and M&A, there are hundreds of thousands of businesses out there hanging on by their fingernails and in deep risk of going under. If you love your country buy an American car today! Can’t afford a car, take a romantic weekend or the kids someplace fun.

Everyone is pulling back, hunkering down, filled with uncertainty and worry. To hell with that. If its all going under, we will all go with it so pick up your heads America and proudly declare- he who dies with the most toys, wins! As members of the right we need to celebrate the idea that we will not let this leftist idiot and Kossacks prevent us from living life to its fullest. We are going to have to work harder and to enjoy the same quality of life over the next four years so dang it that means we have to PARTY harder.

Ignore the gloom and doom and live! We are free, our nation is still the wonder of the world and the COUTUS (Community Organizer of the United States), he too shall pass.

I am sick and tired of the negativism, whining and mean-spiritedness. For the next four years, Barack owns this mess and he will make the business case for our way of thinking for another generation in the same way Carter gave us 28 years of conservatives and conservative Democrats.

I am working harder than ever. I am working on two new companies and the prospects for both of them are excellent. One of the businesses has me in the ironic role of making money from building things lefties like; demand is never wrong!

By the way, oil is under $40 and there are great deals on SUVs.
