Nobody’s saying Brandon Darby didn’t do it.

I’m saying there isn’t any evidence he did. I don’t think there’s any actual evidence that anyone specific did it yet. My take on the Osbourne video is that it’s a mistake for people to turn this into a R vs L issue. My dislike/distaste of Patterico has been on record ever since I got here (I brought it here from a different blog) but no one, anywhere, needs a visit from their local SWAT team because we disagree on politics/criminal justice.
