Well, there is the pesky definition of what “enemy” means in the Constitution:

There is no question that colluding with a foreign power to influence an election constitutes electioneering fraud. It would seem that would be the easiest to prove, though I am not a lawyer.

They have not been able to prove that voting machines were hacked or otherwise tampered with, although a bunch of voting machines in Detroit malfunctioned and hundreds of votes did not get counted. But messing with voters’ heads with EMAILS!!! and WIKILEAKS!!!!! is legal.
