Well not me, us. Please us instead of making take the least objectionable. When is the last time a 3rd party guy was anything but a spoiler? Not said to be a wasted vote? Kinda defeats the purpose.

Then I don’t know what to tell you, there are no perfect candidates. Just for example, you want a young candidate, but you also want them to have a decade or more of “executive experience” or a major legislative record. And atop that, you want them to have few or no scandals in their past. No such beast exists in either party. You either get a young up-and-comer whose appeal is he’s got no major faults but he’s also got no record to run on, or you get an old warhorse who’s got decades of experience but also an army of skeletons in his closet.

Instead of faulting the parties for not meeting your standards, maybe you should stop and consider that your standards aren’t realistic.
