I never really paid much attention to her. She just seemed cuckoo. But I am quite sure the Russians tried to boost her chances from none to slim.

For me, it was how she responded to Brexit nad the photo of her and Flynn together in Moscow. Not sure though. Sometimes the simplest explanation is the ebst one.
