As I recall the ACORN employee is suing Brietbart over the edited tapes. I think it’s a pretty safe bet that pretty much all of the tapes were edited and distorted.

With the court case you have to assume that the tapes (full) were submitted as evidence, so maybe full versions can now be had via FOIA since O’Keefe, Breitbart & co won’t release them.
