Some consulate workers are assholes. Some I’ve dealt with have been gems. Kinda the same regardless of business.

When we had to replace my wife’s passport, two days before she had to go back to Louisiana, the consulate here in Toronto was a wonderful help.

Due to our agoraphobia both of us were inches away from freaking. The staff helped keep us calm and helped us contact my parents for the money we’d need.

I’m giving the U.S. consulate here in Toronto a big shout out and thank you.
