Gov. Beshear takes the GOP, and his own state’s senators to task for putting politics in the way of improving the health of Kentucky residents. Kentucky residents who have among the worst health situations of any in the nation; where 1 in 6 lack insurance, and would benefit among the most of any state to get ACA exchanges and Medicaid expansion coverage. Yet it’s Congressional representatives are stuck fighting the past - fighting to delay, defund, and destroy a program that would expand access to health insurance to hundreds of thousands of their constituents - improving their health and the health of hospitals and work towards improving the economic vitality of the state.

Sounds like a reason for the citizens of Kentucky to change their representatives at the soonest opportunity.
