He’s an afterthought…a never thought, probably. Just an annoying fly buzzing around the face of those involved.

I doubt Gawker will bother with recouping attorney fees. He has nothing for them to recoup.

He still has that suit in CA state court, and who knows, he may even find some hack willing to file in federal court even now.
