It’s a lot along the lines of my tweet above and the response of magidiots who think that the uniform is a get out of prison free card because you can’t question their loyalty, when that’s exactly what you need to do when you’re conspiring against the US.

Flynn was an undeclared foreign agent who was working with Trumpworld to further an agenda that was at odds to American national security. He was busy installing people as part of the transition team who were compromised and complicit. He was covering for a compromised and complicit Trump (and Pence).

Yeah, he violated his oaths - de facto and de jure.

Military oath:

Undeclared foreign agent means he violates “bear true faith and allegience to the US”. Obey the UCMJ? Yeah, violated that too.

His oath as NSA:

Yeah, Flynn violated his oaths. He dishonored his uniform. He disgraced the nation with his criminal misconduct, and the only reason he’s not in prison is because he was first to turn on Trumpworld and got a sweetheart deal.

Can the Army do anything to strip him of his former rank and more or less toss his butt out of the military retroactively?

They don’t need him to be called general or associated with them any longer since he basically dishonored the uniform.
