When I was 17 my ‘74 Camaro was dragged about 50’ by a city snow plow, with me in it. He was backing up and snagged me with his shovel on his passenger side. He didn’t hear me honking because he was wearing a Walkman and I couldn’t back up (at least not fast enough) because the road was snowy and icy. This was New Year’s Day 1984… I only remember it was NYD because I had to meet my mother at church, it’s some sort of holy day for Catholics. At least I had a police report to explain why I didn’t go to church. Not that I’ve been to a church in the last 25 years now except for weddings/funerals…
