We’ll see. If he broke into the Capitol, isn’t that evidence of violence? Tbh, the only reason why there wasn’t more violence is because the police were able to spirit away the (Democratic) Congressmen and women.

If he was one of the people who broke into the Capitol, rather than just walking in behind the vanguard, he would’ve gotten a stiffer sentence.
