Aghhh! Not as easy as I had hoped!

Anybody here know how to block access to an entire country, from accessing a Web site? Any suggestions appreciated. I have an “IP Deny Manager” on my “control panel,” but you can’t enter country domains—only numerical domains. I need to block everything coming out of “tr”.
