me either…at this point, regardless of the economy, BO is a slam dunk…but, things change fast and I think media overkill will hurt the GOP…frankly, people are sick to death of Palin and anybody else who needs the MSM attention to be taken seriously…the GOP needs to run a dark horse, who that may be I have no clue…my worst nightmare is a socon that troubles themselves with gay rights for a living…that said, I’m beyond disgusted with all of it…if the American people can do no better than Obama/McCain for a race, we are fucked

I hope you’re right, but I think Obama is far from a slam dunk. The electoral map has lots of red and purple states that Obama won by relatively small margins; they should be in play, and he needs to win most of them.
