Take that up with Obama. I would much rather be a Jihadi captured in the Bush era than today. At least under Bush there was a chance of getting a lawyer and a spot at Gitmo. I suspect many prisoners today are just “disappeared”. I think people are kidding themselves if they think Obama’s treatment is morally superior. It’s just an illusion because it’s under the radar and out of the press. I actually think he’s much harsher and I don’t consider that a bad thing.
