I like menudo. You also have to try the corn on the cob with mayonnaise, cotija cheese, chili powder and lime juice. Smells like a dirty foot but man once you get going… There is very little that I won’t eat. I remember as a kid happily humming with a jar of pickled pigs feet, sucking on the briny knuckles. I won’t eat canned spinach though.
