As a white woman, I can tell you with some authority that we are born with a Get Out of Jail Free card. Two if we have blonde hair, blue eyes, or big boobs.

I was caught shoplifting as a teenager, and the store manager just scolded me and sent me home. I seriously doubt a 14 year old of color would have gotten the same consideration. Not sure about white boys though.
