The fact is Sanders has a very exclusive vision for the party where if you don’t think every banker is a crook, you’re a neoliberal establishment hack even if you were three when Bernie got in office like Jon Ossoff.

Jesus, Bernie can just shut the fuck up. When he was in the House, my evil too big to fail employer was treating LGBT people with equality. My employer said, “See ya, don’t let the door hit ya where the Good Lord split ya” when Focus on the Family decided in the mid-00s it couldn’t possibly have its money in a bank that gave money to LGBT-oriented non-profits. Three times at work in the last 15 years I got unexpected raises because our Human Resources went through and made sure women and minorities were being paid the same as white men in the groups I worked in.** I could, if I wanted to, pull out my laptop right now and change my sex on my profile. (I see no reason to do so.)

So, as evil as banks can be, and yes, the 2008 meltdown was very, very bad and damaged a lot of people (I’m STILL underwater on my house), big financial institutions, along with other big businesses have pushed forward civil rights for sexual minorities in many ways. Probably more than Sen. Bernie Sanders has ever done.

**By the way, that’s how I know when Google told a court it can’t provide the information about its workforce that it’s complete and utter bollocks. They have that information, they just don’t want to share it because it’s damning and damnable.
