I disagree! I spent several years in that theater of operation.
We have enough conventional weaponry to remove any threat the NK might try to bring against us.
In one night we could reduce the effectiveness of the NK forces to not much more than a whole lot of foot soldiers sans any military or (more important) food supplies.

Nucs are sooo over rated! What we can do conventionally is just amazing!

How much of Seoul still existed afterwards in that scenario?
