Your hostility to the term is strange, since it is certainly not an anti-Semitic term and in common usage is used to unite Jews and Christians rather than to divide them.

It’s not deliberately anti-Semitic — Christians who use it *think* they’re being inclusive and respectful. Just like Tommy Thompson thought he was being complimentary when he told a political group that he really admired how the Jews are so good at making money.
