You are right, the election ought to be Mitt’s to lose. However the GOP has veered so far off into the tall grass, they have nearly destroyed their ability to appeal to anyone outside of a very narrow demographic. The GOP should’ve been cultivating Hispanic voters and building bridges to the Gay community instead of demonizing them.
