Does Being in Russia Undercut Snowden’s Claims?

Let me think, Russia, admittedly with restrictions and surveillance, but at least able to see the sky, or in the next cell to Ted Kaszyinski out there in Florence, Colorado?
Is that supposed to be a tough call?
