Rick Reilly wrote a piece on espn.com saying that Lance should be given the benefit of the doubt when it comes to his alleged use of performance enhancing drugs. Some very well informed people I know say that is a load of BS, and that Lance could have not won seven in a row without using PEDs. Any cycling experts out there care to check in with a thought on this?
