Does not at all. Rumor was that Boehner wants to try to drag this out a little longer in the hopes that he can roll both together and address them at the same time. But I just don’t see that happening. Why? Because apparently muttering was going around last night that TPers in the House are nervous if Dems do actually accept to go to conference, part of the agreed budget deal will include a debt ceiling increase.
