Hackers leak hundreds of North Korean defectors’ personal details stolen from a resettlement centre in the South (South China Morning Post)

Basically this was caused by a phishing attack via E-mail on a centre tasked with helping resettle North Korean defectors.

North Korea is infamous for killing defectors when they find them.
