If mutiny has to happen in order to ruin the GOP’s dreams of dominance (not to mention outright nuclear annihilation) then so be it.

Needless to say the US will no longer be a world power; heck, this country is bound for near disunion at our current trajectory.

Are we talking, necessarily, about mutiny, or about the refusal of one order as illegal?
