Glad you liked it. It’s adapted for two people from an Alton Brown recipe. We eat it most days now.
It bordered on over-cooked. So I need to adjust time down a bit (e.g. start it later), or make a larger batch.
I did a raisin-cherry mix, but think a different combo would work better. Perhaps using apple or cranberry. I also will consider just a dusting of something nutty, perhaps almonds or hazelnuts, if using cherries again.
