Can we all start singing “Happy Days Are Here Again” now, or do we really have to wait for the House to rubber-stamp this Document of Doom?

To make it truly appropriate, it should be sung in a minor key at a dirge temp.

It was inevitable that this monstrosity would pass - I’m just glad it didn’t go through on Ronald Reagan’s birthday (Feb. 6th).

To paraphrase Bette Davis, fasten your seatbelts - it’s going to be a bumpy, downhill ride!
