The Judge applied the Lemon Test to his statement that creationism is “superstitious nonsense” and found that he was promoting an irreligious viewpoint. That would also prohibit science teachers from dismissing Alchemy as “superstitious nonsense”. Same goes for Astrology and rabbit’s feet for good luck. I just don’t think that would hold up.
