I’m not a fan of fries, French or Freedom, nor am I a fan of fast food, but I have to agree with you there.

Fresh potatoes, cleaned, peeled, cut and fried on site. No excessive salt or sugar, nor any other kind of “glaze”. Just fresh chopped taters deep fried “as is”.
