Damned good points. We can’t talk about it though because the gun lobby are a bunch of bullying cowards who hide behind the 2nd amendment.

Calls for repealing the II Amendment are a non-starter: Start counting states which would reject such an amendment and when you get to thirteen, you’re done.

Worse, if you could somehow repeal it, that would not “ban guns.” It would put the onus on individual states to write laws. That would be an utter disaster.

All those court seats Mitch McConnell held up under President Obama? That will benefit loosening Federal laws on enforcement.
