I’ve never liked the “more than 5 ingredients” restriction. I understand what it is driving at, but, a stew is going to have more than 5 ingredients, and so on.

You can’t even make macaroni and cheese with just 5 ingredients, fer chrissake.

1. Macaroni
2. Cheese
3. Milk
4. Butter
5. Flour
6. Salt
7. Pepper
8. Dry mustard
9. Breadcrumbs.

And that’s a simple recipe!
