It doesn’t seem at all possible that if… when…. CA is forced to make real cuts in entitlements that some groups /recipients won’t react with disturbances? I hope not, but I would not want to bet.
The difference is that I don’t think it is funny, or something to point and mock. It’s a problem to be solved.
