Which Doctor and which episodes, out of curiosity?

My heart is back with the old run, especially the 3rd & 4th Doctors: BBC Special Effects, which is to say shoe-string budgets and suspension of visual disbelief required; coupled with great writing and some wonderful actors. It definitely colors my view that I was lucky enough to meet many of the actors and a couple of the writers at cons in the 80’s & 90’s, and loved ‘em all. Also helps that I cut my wisdoms on Star Trek so I have a high tolerance and even a certain fondness for cheesy special effects. I got hooked on the stories and the characters.

To each his own! De gustibus non est disputandum

The 9th doctor, played by Christopher Eccleston. Considering that it was filmed in 2005, I was shocked by how bad the CGI was, but my 10-year-old loved it! I grew up watching Star Trek from about age 3 or 4, so I get what you are saying. :-)
