I just got off the phone with Norton/Lifelock. There is a new scam out there and it looks like a PayPal email. One of the reasons why I called them is because I have not had a PayPal account for at least 10 years and if the $29.00 so-called settlement came from Norton/Lifelock. They have my account numbers so they could give me the money directly.
