This is one place where the UK style of Parliamentary debate serves them better than what we do here in the US - run very slick TV adverts.

I’m also fascinated by Uk’s Parliament sessions. Those are a hoot. It’s wild and raucous but it doesn’t seem to have much anger or malice attached as it would here in the states. Although it’s uglier on the surface I get the vibe that it’s all done with a nod and a wink and most everybody understands that it’s not intended to replace serious political thought. Here in the states we’ve lost that nod and wink and it’s become our political culture.
