If W, who seems to get along with everyone (I mean, Cheney — jeez), says something negative about Ted Cruz, then that’s noteworthy. If Havana Ted has lost George W. Bush, then he’s got to be really bad.

Not that I am surprised. Cruz just seems so oily as a politician, the kind of guy who, after you shake hands with him, you pat your pockets and check your wrist to make sure nothing’s missing.

It is something. I hadn’t seen that W had kind words for all the others except Ted which is interesting given Ted’s early career work for the Bush campaign and administration. Ted’s response was pretty heh PC- I met my wife on his campaign so I’m grateful to him for that.
